ABLD Advocatuur B.V. in Amsterdam (‘ABLD’) processes personal data as controller as set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (‘GDPR’).

Rights of data subjects
Under the GDPR a data subject is, inter alia, entitled to request inspection of personal data retained by ABLD, and to request changes or deletion, correction or supplementation. Any complaints may be submitted to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
